It does. The lanyard hole is under the clip and comes out next to the blade on the inside of the frame. There’s an indentation for the lanyard on the blade side. Sort of like the Leafstorm.Made a monkey ball lanyard for my spyderco sage, really wish the sage had a lanyard hole
